Starter terms language for the first website draft. Final legal text should be reviewed before launch.
Project scope
Paid work requires written scope, pricing, and approval. Anything outside the approved scope may require a change request.
Ownership model
Clients own their business content, data, domain, and brand assets. Overton Digital maintains ownership of reusable frameworks, templates, internal modules, software tools, and shared infrastructure patterns unless a separate code buyout or transfer agreement is signed.
Support
Support plans are optional unless required by a specific software system. No-support clients pay per request and do not receive priority support.
