Information You Send
When you use the estimator, contact form, support form, Ask Eric, or direct email, you may share your name, business name, email, phone number, location, website links, selected services, budget range, timeline, project details, support needs, and related business context.
How It Is Used
That information is used to review project fit, prepare estimates, respond to inquiries, provide support, improve website performance, and organize the next useful step for your business.
Client And Project Files
Client-provided files, notes, images, access details, and project records are used for the work requested. Overton Digital does not sell client project information.
Website Tools
The website uses Cloudflare Pages hosting and may use analytics, email delivery, checkout, media, form, and performance tools. These services may process limited technical information such as browser type, device information, page visits, IP address, form-delivery metadata, and security report metadata.
Analytics And Security Reports
Google Analytics 4 code is present but only loads when a measurement ID is configured. Analytics events are designed to avoid direct personal details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, full message text, and website URLs. The site may also receive Content Security Policy reports that summarize blocked resource attempts for security testing.
Ask Eric And Voice Tools
Ask Eric chat and lead submissions may be stored for review and follow-up. The assistant may use browser storage to preserve recent local session state. The ElevenLabs voice widget loads only when the voice experience is opened and may process voice interaction data under that provider's systems.
Email And Checkout Links
Mailto links open your own email client so you can review and send the message yourself. AI Readiness Audit checkout links may send you to Stripe when checkout is configured.
Retention
Project and inquiry information may be kept for reasonable business records, follow-up, support, security, and service improvement unless deletion is requested and retention is not required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your Choices
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of information you have sent by contacting overtondigitalstudio@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for invoices, contracts, security, or active client work.
